Is Captain Atlas a separate company from ShipMatch?

No. Captain Atlas is a ShipMatch product and uses supported ShipMatch account, market and workflow services.

Can I use my existing ShipMatch account?

Yes. Sign in with the same ShipMatch credentials. Your validated subscription status and eligible workspace data are shared through the same account.

Does Atlas send an offer without my approval?

No. Atlas may prepare a draft, but the user must review and confirm an offer or data submission before it is sent.

Are freight indications firm offers?

No. Freight outputs are indicative decision-support only. They may use ShipMatch Freight Signal, route, bunker, vessel-size and available market context, but must be validated before quoting.

How are Premium subscriptions managed?

Subscriptions started in the iOS app are managed through the user’s Apple account. Eligible Premium status is synchronized to the connected ShipMatch account after transaction verification.

Can I delete my account or conversation history?

Captain Atlas provides controls for clearing supported conversation history and requesting account deletion. Additional privacy requests can be sent to support@ship-match.net.
